Version 2 is now out!

I've just uploaded version 2 of the game. This has many new features, while also buffing some of the previous mechanics of throwing.
The biggest development has been the addition of more holes to play. The previous version had 3, while this one has expanded to a front 9. Check out the overview of the entire course! Each hole has a new challenge, which means you'll need the right tools for the job.
This is where having different discs for different situations comes in handy. Alongside the standard, Mid-Range disc that people have been playing with, both a Driver and a Putter have been added as options for play. You'll be carrying around a disc bag that you can open up and switch discs just by grabbing the one you want!
In order to help disc golfers understand the layout of a hole they are about to play, maps of each hole have been added to allow a top-down view before you start playing it. Heavy focus has also been given to another feature that helps with this, which are 'Hole Previews'. These allow you to fly through a hole to get a better grasp of the danger zones and potential shortcuts each hole has to offer.

Lastly, a new mode has been added that allows you to practice your throws, both long and short. Introducing the Driving Range! Unlimited throws, pre-defined putting and driving scenarios, large and small baskets, and a chance to perfect your craft. With this addition, you should have ample means to get that forehand wrist accuracy you've been looking for.

This is awesome! I can't believe I'm the second one to find it (OK, well, the second to Like it anyhow). Now, what we all want to know is, when are you adding multi-player capability? Playing this with friends instead of the just-OK disc golf in RecRoom would be so sweet. I would totally buy this, especially with 18+ holes and more than one course, as long as I could play with other Quest-owning friends.
Hey Shdwlynx, I'm so glad you're enjoying it and want to see more come of it. Multiplayer is definitely one of the major and desired pillars I'd like to implement into the game (along with more holes and different courses).
As of right now, I'm working on this passion project on the side while also pursuing opportunities for my career, since it's not making revenue yet. My ultimate goal would be to pitch the idea to Oculus and see what they think about putting it on their platform, and then maybe I could get funding for development.
I am trying to keep a track record of releasing an update for the game every month, so keep an eye out for those and I will have more to share as time goes on. I appreciate your support!
I totally get the whole side project thing and I hope it works out and Oculus accepts your game into their store! Hopefully, you got my other (lengthy) message detailing issues I've found and such. If not, let me know and I'll send another message with the bugs. Really, what you've put together is really impressive so far.

I thought I posted it to Itch, and of course I cannot find it, so it may have disappeared. Please let me know if you'd prefer it on Reddit or elsewhere, and you might want to post that information prominently so others know where to submit reports, maybe even include a link in the game itself.
Forsure. I don't see it on Itch either, I should have a dedicated feedback system. You can try on Reddit if you like, if you don't want to rewrite it I totally understand, but even a brief version of what you stated would go a long way!
